Working TogetherThe basis of our coaching is a collaborative style – the coach and the person being coached are working together as equal partners on creating changes. Our role is to use advanced skills of listening, questioning and reflection to create highly effective conversations and experiences. At the beginning of our work together, we will agree a code of conduct, so that we have a framework of clear expectations during our coaching sessions. We believe that high quality coaching takes a highly individual approach, which is part of the key to our success. We like to be flexible to be able to meet the individual needs of each client, and will put together a package of coaching and a contract that will work for you - usually a combination of in-person sessions with phone and email coaching in-between. Through qualified, experienced, supervised professionals - people who have real life experience on “both sides” of the mentoring and coaching relationship – we are usually able to help our clients “get unstuck” so they can identify and quickly progress towards towards their goals. Sessions are completely confidential. Our terms of business are outlined on this site and our coaching practice is also insured through the Association for Coaching programme. |
