Sandra Powley, Director

Along with over 25 years of extensive, international experience, working in-house and consulting in the private, public voluntary and arts sectors in marketing and public relations, mentoring, coaching and management, Sandra has many years of “real-life” experience of being coached and mentored too.

A member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching, she established Triskell in 2000 and began her formal coaching and mentoring training.

Her qualifications include a Diploma in Performance Coaching for Business; a Diploma in Life Coaching and she is currently completing an MSc in Organisational Change & Consultancy (Coaching & Mentoring) with Sheffield Hallam University.

Sandra is very experienced in coaching and mentoring a wide range of personal and business clients, logging hundreds of coaching hours. Known as someone who values quality and gets results, she has earned excellent references and enjoys her coaching and mentoring work.

She began her career in journalism, going on to become a fully accredited public relations consultant and national director, with an award-winning track record. Sandra has represented government departments, companies and clients at a senior level in a wide range of national and international contexts. She has created, facilitated and delivered wide range of workshops and training, and has strategic communications experience at national level.

Her particular interests are business coaching (for executives and managers), including sales and marketing specific work, such as presentations and personal coaching.
