International Research Honorarium Awarded

Head of Triskell’s coach-mentoring practice, Sandra Powley profile, has been awarded a research honorarium by the international University Forum for Human Resource Development (UFHRD).

The UFHRD is an international association of universities, practitioner-researchers and learning orientated organisations who are working to create, develop and inform leading-edge global HRD theories and practices.

The award will support research into a subject that is so far relatively uncovered in a coach-mentoring context – issues in managing dual and multiple relationships for practitioners, leaders and managers responsible for human resource development.
