CoachingCoaching sessions will help you to identify your goals, build your awareness and your responsibility. Coaching often focuses more on specific skills, issues, knowledge and tasks that you want to gain and achieve, in order to improve your performance in aspects of your professional or personal life. Through coaching, latent resources are unleashed and skills are developed in order to achieve your goals and get results. In coaching, the client is usually the “expert” with the resources (on their life, or their profession for example). The coach works collaboratively and in a non-directive way with the client, to focus on where the client is now – and where they want to be in the future. The Triskell coaching practice specialises in executive, business and personal coaching, with specialist expertise in the area of marketing and sales, including presentation skills. Sessions are structured and contracted in blocks. Typically these take place in the short-term (for example, up to 12 months). Coaches are almost always external to an organisation. Coaching sessions can take place in person, by telephone, e-mail or a combination of all three techniques. High quality coaching takes a highly individual approach, which is part of the key to its success.
